Samsung had been in the news for its new 'Fan Edition' smartphone, and now the news has been put to rest. The new Galaxy S23 FE replaces last year's Galaxy S21 FE (which recently had a new variant) and features a new Exynos 2200 chipset, a redesigned design, and a number of other upgrades.

The Galaxy S23 FE becomes a friend of the Galaxy S23 and sports three cameras arranged vertically on the back. It has an aluminum frame and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on both the front and back. On the front is a 6.4-inch punch-hole display with slim bezels. It sports a Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen with an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate, Full HD+ screen resolution, and support for HDR10+.
The camera department features a 50MP primary shooter with OIS, a 12MP ultrawide lens, and an 8MP telephoto lens with 3X zoom. The front camera rating is 10MP. It also has camera features like Pro mode, camera assistant app, AI-based editing tools.

It's a bit disappointing that Samsung has limited the charging speed (the Galaxy S23 supports 45W fast charging). It runs on One UI 5.1 with Android 13. The Samsung Galaxy S23 FE starts at $599 (~ Rs 49,800), as rumored previously. In India, the Galaxy S23 FE retails at Rs 59,999 (128GB) and Rs 64,999 (256GB), which is more expensive than its predecessor. But you can avail of a discount of Rs 10,000 to make the price Rs 49,999 (128GB) and Rs 54,999 (256GB).
It will be available via Amazon, starting October 5 in Mint, Graphite, Cream, and Purple colorways. You can also get special colors of the S23 FE just for you via the Samsung website. The deliveries will start from October 7.
